It is a very open door for others to experience or re-experience for their own issues. Sometimes others on the outside looking in (i.e. loved one experiencing weight issues, but never experienced them themselves). Your book allows those same people a peek into their loved ones struggles minus the fights that usually occur with open discussions from them. Your story is so much a part of all of our stories, including my own! As I'm still battling my own weight issues, your book reminds me that I am not alone in the struggle and to be a little more open with others about my journey. The smallest things can mean the world to someone else, and can be the tipping point they need positively or negatively. The title is so fitting!!!
